The Mill Consultancy is a firm of chartered accountants set up by Jerry Davison in 2002 following a period working as a CEO or CFO in various industries including software, web, manufacturing and transport, based in the UK, the USA and in Africa.
The firm focuses on employee share schemes as its core specialism. Jerry is helped by marketing, administrative and legal staff.

Managing Director
Jerry, the MD and founder of the firm, has extensive experience at board level, and has raised finance across the board, from business angels and banks to VCs and a flotation on Nasdaq. He has worked in the UK, USA and Africa. Jerry qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC and also has an EIS Diploma. He is a specialist in employee share schemes, especially EMI. He has held a number of non-exec director roles in various sectors, including Crowdcube and Cornish Sea Salt.

Operations Manager
Kirsty is a highly experienced finance and operations manager, and at the Mill Consultancy amongst other things Kirsty is responsible for client onboarding, ensuring that each client is well looked after through the process, helping to answer client enquiries and she covers our key CRM, finance and admin tasks.
