Operations Manager
Kirsty is a highly experienced finance and operations manager, and at the Mill Consultancy amongst other things Kirsty is responsible for client onboarding, ensuring that each client is well looked after through the process, helping to answer client enquiries and she covers our key CRM, finance and admin tasks.
Kirsty started her career in an accountancy practice assisting sole traders, partnerships and limited companies prepare their Tax Returns, VAT Returns, Year End Accounts and management reports. After 8 years in practice Kirsty moved into a commercial role for a fast growing international business. As Head of Finance & Operations, Kirsty was responsible for the UK and international offices and managed the finance, HR, legal and office functions.
